Shipping Policy: We ship Monday – Friday excluding holidays, we usually ship the same day or within 24 hours when you order is received before 12:00 PM Central time.
We usually ship FedEx, USPS Standard Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail.
We are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.

We combine all purchased items on for order for more economical shipping Cost, our combined shipping is NOT charged per item, we only charge by the weight, size, and materials used. For multiple items, you will receive a partial refund when your order is proceed.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship USPS International Priority Mail, insured with tracking to most countries. Price and shipping charges do not include any VAT or import duty tax charged by your country if any.
We also will ship: USPS First Class International Mail to several countries for shipments up to 3.15 lbs., (1.7 kilos) with tracking.
Return Policy: If you received a damaged or broken item, call or email us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you, It is quicker to resolve when you email us photos of the damage or broken items. If the item is delivered in a box apparently damaged by the carrier, if the damage is severe, refuse the delivery, otherwise make a notation on the delivery receipt and ask for a copy.
If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back refund, (less shipping charges) item must be returned to us within 30 days, unopened and unused in the same boxes & packing material the item was received in. Return shipping is paid by buyer. If the item was sent with free shipping, the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
If item has been opened or not packed properly for return shipping a 15% handling/repackaging charge will apply.
If returning an item, call or email for a Return Authorization Number, (RAN) and the address to return the item.
We except PayPal and all major credit cards. The billing for your order will show as R.G. Summers & Co. on your credit card.
