Shipping & Returns

Return Policy: If you received a damaged or broken item, call or email us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you, It is quicker to resolve when you email us photos of the damage or broken items. If the item is delivered in a box apparently damaged by the carrier, if the damage is severe, refuse the delivery, otherwise make a notation on the delivery receipt, and ask for a copy.

If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back refund, (less shipping charges) item must be returned to us within 15 days, unopened and unused in the same boxes & packing material the item was received in.

Return shipping is paid by buyer. If the item was sent with free shipping, the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.

If item has been opened or not packed properly for return shipping a 15% handling/repackaging charge will apply.

If returning an item, call or email for a Return Authorization Number, (RAN) and the address to return the item.

Payments:
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. The billing for your order will show as R.G. Summers & Co. on your credit card.
